There are still many final touches, including shower installation, to be completed, but so far, we have:

  1. A functional rehab gym

  2. Large scale hypoxic booth

  3. Assessment and individualised training programmes through Charles and Arabella of Vertex Altitude, for a variety of goals- humble or otherwise. The applications are broad, although peak performance is often associated with elite sports, quicker results in any health or fitness goal are possible

  4. Elite Physio’s Mark Stevenson, brings his approach to biomechanical analysis involving athletic performance enhancement, and specialised training for injury prevention, and broad experience utilising this with both adults and children

  5. Jane Syme, offering personally tailored clinical nutrition and functional medicine, which is helpful in managing chronic conditions,as well as an adjunct to programs designed to increase fitness, and achieving greater general health and vitality

  6. ME! It’s kinda hard writing about yourself, but I can definitely say that I am excited by the prospect of working together with these excellent practitioners to provide multi-modal care for people of any age and fitness level, to resolve pain or other health concerns, to increase performance, as well as maintenance and ongoing care. Exciting times!
