Extended/double 40 minute follow up appointments are now also an option

Initial appointments are now 40 minutes for the same price as the previous 30 minutes

While the online booking system is easy to use, there are very occasionally (but often enough to make it worth mentioning) appointments that patients arrive for, which haven’t actually been booked/completed, although they were sure it had been. I’d rather that didn’t happen to you, so:
Make sure to click through until it says ‘Booking confirmed’ and check for a confirmation email (including spam)- if you don’t get one, the booking hasn’t been made!
