New patients, please be aware that there is a wait of about 5-6 weeks for an appointment, which is not how I’d like it to be, because I’m good at and enjoy acute care, but I currently have no solution for how busy I am.
Turning away as many new patients as I do every day, who have googled and then rung me in the hopes of seeing me that same day, is also not how I’d like it to be but the fact is that clinically I do need to be selective about the cases I take on, so if there is relevant information regarding what is going on for you, please include that in your message.
There is a wait list for new patients too, and cancellations certainly happen, but as those are a longer booking, it is harder to find earlier slots
